Please conduct a complete environmental study to this land on the embankment. This would be a lovely overhead park, as they have in Paris, France. We could have small shops and businesses below the raised park, as they also have in Paris, France. Demolishing this site would be a foolish waste of land and income. This would bring visitors to Jersey City, who would also spend money here relaxing. I live in the historic area and it is nice to live far from high rise buildings and utilitarian looking housing. A park on the embankment would bring beauty and income to Jersey City. Please conduct this study to test this land for our safety and use. Thank you, Lisa Best
