We live less than a block away from The Embankment and would like to see and WIS. We have two small children and are VERY concerned about the demolition of the structure and it's impact on air quality, the dust it will kick up, the impact on the buildings in the historic neighborhood we live in, release of contaminants and many other potential affects. Downtown Jersey City needs additional open space and the proposed park usage of the structures would add tremendously to the quality of life in the neighborhood.
