Regarding the embankment land transaction in Jersey City, it is paramount that an environmental impact study be down. What it will take to dismantle the embankments for development will be hugely impactful to the area residents, schools and nursing homes. It would devastate the lanscape of two historic districts. Be prudent and responsible to the areas residents.
