I would like you to require that an EIS before any development can happend on the land that is now the Harsimus Branch Embankment. I have been involved with many large scale development projects as an Urban Designer and in my professional experience these studies are extremely important in guiding the future development of crucial sites. And I believe that the embankment is one of these sites that warrants futher investigation before any changes to it may happen.
