Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement of the Harsimus Branch Embankment. Abandonment of the structure will lead to its demolition and cause severe adverse effects to the surrounding neighborhood where I live, including the decline of air quality; the loss of wildlife habitats; and increased flooding, noise, dust and contaminant release. As a federal agency, the STB should enforce federal laws that protect the public interest rather than burdening local governments and citizens. Thank you.
