only living 50 feet from the sixth street embankment we have great concern for the demolition of the embankment. Health and Environmental concerns. We need an official Environmental Impact Statement done for this situation. This is a part of history. No one builds with this material anymore. Once it comes down it will not be able to come back. This is a big part of the neighborhood and could be even better. Jersey city is undergoing many future plans for a few different areas and this area would be a great addition potentilly or at least leaving it open for future light railway. Please!
