Residents of Jersey City's Historic District need an Environmental Impact Statement regarding the affects on the fragile, Victorian buildings neighboring the Embankment should the Harsimus Branch be deemed abandoned and then demolished. We also require a study of the increased burden on the current outdated sewer systems and the affects of runoff into the estuary.
