I am requesting that the STB authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before allowing the abandonment of the property. I live directly across the street from the Enbankment. My house has moved 6 since I moved here in 1998. The heavy trucks and cranes that would be neccessary to demo the Enbankment would force me to move."
