Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. I am concerned with the demolition of the 6th St Embankment because it can have a horrible effect on the surrounding air quality, noise, and the release on unknown contaminants, which will have a negative impact on me and my family.
