Comment EI-17393

Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement for the Jersey City Embankment. Jersey City lies on a major avian migratory route: the Atlantic flyway. With increasing development along the flyway, stopover sites where birds can roost during there journey are increasingly far between and also increasingly vital. As a student at High Tech High School in Hudson County, I have learned in various environmental clubs and courses about the importance of green spaces like the Embankment in cities for both human and wildlife communities.
