Please authorize an Environemntal Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. Abandonment will lead diretly to demolition. The effects of demolition will lead to poor air quality, noise, vibrations, heavy track traffic through fragile histoiric disticts, possible flooding, not to mention habitat destruction.
