As a resident directly across the street from the embankment I will be greatly impacted with the demolition of the embankment. My main concern is the flood plane and the loss of the trees and soil that sucks up the ground water. I currently have a stream of ground water that runs through my sub-basement , i can't imagine the impact of losing the embankment and how much worse the flooding would increase. PLEASE do an environmental study to see how this change would impact our homes thanks for your consideration--jeremy smith
