I am writing in regarding to the Embankment (rail) property in Jersey City. I urge you to require an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) before coming to any decision regarding this property. It appears that developers are trying to circumvent required processes and bulldoze a perfectly good public space in the name of greed. Regards, Steve Davison.
