Jersey City is a lovely city! What you're planning to do will have a severe,adverse impact on its environment - air, noise, health, habitat destruction, release of contaminants - the overall quality of the city and its residents. Will you, Bush-like, ride roughshod over people and their rights? At the very least, how about an EIS to reveal the degree of degredation? Sincerely, William S. Lewis
