Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abondoment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. I have two young children and love living in the area. The resulting demolition of massive structures from abandonment will result in poor air quality, dust, noise, vibrations and the removal of a cultural resource.
