This is a request for a full Environmental Impact Statement instead of relying on information supplied by one source. I do not live in the area but I have a family member who does and who cares deeply about her neighbors and disastrous impacts on the people, their livelihood, their health, that the demotion of the Embankment will directly or indirectly cause.
