Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. I have a young child and am concerned about the potential for harmful particles in the air that could arise during the demolition of this structure. The back of our building is less than a block away from the embankment.
