There is an urgent need for an EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) for the 6th street embankment in Jersey City as required by the National Environmental Policy Act. The proposed development of this property will significantly impact the air, water and noise levels in Jersey City. It will also have great impact on many other aspect of quality of life for bothe the people and wildlife in the area. PLEASE DON'T ALLOW SUCH IRRESPONSIBILITY AND GREED TO GO UNCHECKED.
