As a resident of Jersey City and a member of a vegetable producing community garden adjacent to the Historic Embankment at Brunswick between 5th and 6th Streets, I am personally very interested in seeing that a complete, fact-based EIA for the entire Harsimus Branch occur. The quality of Jersey City's neighborhoods' air and the very soil in which we grow the food we put on our table risk serious impacts if this extremely important step in overlooked.
