As a former downtown resident of Jersey City I know about the embankment and care about this issue. I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. Anything less would be a disservice to the people of the area and the valuable bit of wildness in an otherwise overexploited, biologically depleted and devastated landscape. Thank you for your impartial and public-spirited consideration of this issue. Kevin Mayer
