I ask that a full environmental study be performed for the Harsimus Branch Embankment. Demolition of this historic structure without a full study of the impact and other preservation options will be detrimental to the history and future of Jersey City. The Embankment appears to be a prime property for a unique downtown park. Thank you for your time.
