I recently moved to 6th ST, right across from the embankment. Demolition of the embankment would be devastating to our community and to our home. We have a baby and demolition would mean that there would be many hazards added to our environment. Polution, both envirnmental and sound, would increase and would decrease the value of our home and community. In addition, we would much rather the embankment become a park or green space. I would like there to be a full environmental study of the embankment.
