Dear STB, I cannot think of a better idea than preserving the Embankment and its historical value by making it into a public park, which is what the Embankment Preservation Coalition has been fighting for for years. Moreover, I cannot think of a WORSE idea than to let a developer tear down the Embankment to build homes for a quick profit. Please do the right thing by the Citizens of Jersey City and put an end to the developer's challenges to the Embankment Coalition's worthy plan once and for all so we can get a park built during my lifetime.
