The currently abandoned embankment area of Harsimus Cove in Jersey City would and should make a wonderful park. Elevated from the streets it would provide a quiet, safe respite from the city while benefiting the environment. Please perform a full public-land use and environmental impact survey before building more poorly constructed, ill conceived condos.
