As a member of downtown Jersey City community for 11 years, a homeowner directly across the street from the Embankment, and a parent of 2 young children I ask that you authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. Thank you
