I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. I believe that the land in question is a great asset to the City of Jersey City as a refuge of open space and passive recreation. Jersey City has too few parks and too little open space--to lose this land to private development would add to the over-development in the area and harm the environmental quality of the neighborhood.
