I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. Until an overhaul of the downtown jersey City Sewage system occurs the addition of any new housing in the downtown area will prove to be too much of a strain on an area susceptible to floodingand declared a flood plain. This land should be turned into parkland and not become an added burden on the city both financially , transport-wise after several 'shady' deals involving this property have already undermined the residents trust in their government and conrail.
