As a ten year resident of Jersey City, 8 of which I lived on 6th Street (right across from an embankment), I am very concerned about issues such as these that may have an adverse impact on the quality of life of my beloved JC! I am also very concerned with the historic preservation of the area, as the historic look and feel of the area was one of the things that first attracted me to JC ten years ago. Conrail cannot be allowed to walk away from the Harsimus Branch Embankment. I am an extremely concerned citized and I want a full environmental study of the entire Harsimus Branch.
