Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. I already live in a severe flood zone & among other factors such as health concerns, noise pollution & living in a 100+ fragile house, I & my fiancée would be forced to relocate. This directly effects all of my friends & collegues in the area who will be reviewing & commenting on this as well...
