I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. As a citizen of the earth who desires to breathe clean air and hear the song of birds, I think it is vital that we conserve our open spaces. Here in Phoenix we have some amazing open spaces ie South Mtn Park and Piestawa Peak. These parks enhance my quality of life and make it possible for me to live in the city.
