I certainly want you to Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. I've lived here for approximately 30 years. You may be aware that Jersey City is not know for its green spaces. One can not really consider Liberty State Park just a Jersey City green space since it is a state park. Having just spent a lovely day, yesterday, April 5th in both The Great Swamp and Watchung State Park and lovely park near Clark, NJ., the acute need for green space in Jersey City is so obvious. At the moment the Embankment provides for a diverse wildlife habitat of migratory birds and butterflies. thank you
