I just heard about the attempts to develop the embankment with condos. As a person who has lived in Nyc for the last 20 years, Jersey City is missing an amazing chance to strengthen the lives of its current residents by not pursuing better alternatives, specifically the development of a public park that stretches the 6-block lenghth of the embankment. A condo development would have devistating effects on the environment and the lives of the residents around the Embankment. I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. thank-you.
