Preservation New Jersey, the statewide nonprofit historic preservation and advocacy organization with more than 1,200 individuals, groups and businesses as members, asks the STB to authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment of the Harsimus Embankment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families.
