I have read about this issue, and I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch Embankment. Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families.
