STB should authorize a full environmental study of the Harsimus Branch/Pennsylvania Railroad Sixth Street Embankment. As a live long resident in JC and homeowner in the Italian Village area, I support preservation of the embankment that will improve the quality of life in the area. Currently, the site is an osais of rats,vermits and the homeless that decrease property value and creates havoc in the area. Its an eyesore that can be transformed into passive recreational park that can be used by everyone. Thank you and please remember that we are taxpayers with grandchildren that need recreational space. Thank you Sonia Araujo"
