I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. I am afraid that the destruction of the Sixth Street Embankment would create unbelievable air-quality and pollution pollution issues in my historic neighborhood in downtown Jersey City, not to mention the threat to invaluable historic buildings and landmarks. The Embankment borders the downtown historic district, and its destruction (and potential new construction on the site) could potentially damage many historic homes.
