I request that a full environmental study be conducted of the Harsimus Branch. I have lived in Jersey City for 9 years and are familiar with the potential of the Embankment for the city. As a member of the communiity I believe the impact study will identify key points that will be used by decision makers to do what is best for the future of Jersey City and make it a premier city.
