Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement of the entire Harsimus Branch before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, and families. I am a person who suffers from asthma and worry about the effects demolition of the Embankment would have on air quality for myself and for others. Let alone the many other reasons; the damage to our historical buildings, the loss of wildlife, increased traffic to the neighborhood and our health.
