I want a full and fact-based Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch. We already live in a flood zone and have experienced 2 floods within a 2 year period. I can only imagine this will worsen drainage and add more pressure to an already overworked sewage system which has needed replacing/upgrading for too long.
