Please do not allow the negative effects of abandonment to destroy the Hamilton Park & Harsimus landmark neighborhoods. An impact study is neseccary to determine the effects such as potential release of contaminants, damage to buildings on two sides for one-half mile, flooding (no half-mile of fill to absorb stormwater in flood plain) Please authorize an Environmental Impact Statement before abandonment causes severe adverse effects to Jersey City historic districts, landmarks, neighborhoods, homes and families.
