Please ensure a full environmental impact assessment of the embankment and entire Harsiumus Branch in Jersey City. The development of this land would severely damage quality of life in an already crowded neighborhood, increasing noise and other pollution, worsening flooding, and disrupting wildlife. As a lifelong resident, I strongly believe that Jersey City needs to maintain open spaces to ensure its future.
