An Environmental Impact Study of the entire Harsimus Branch is necessary not only for the residents living in Jersey City now, but for those in the future! Let's do the responsible thing and see how and what is going to be effected depending on our actions. From the health of the men, women and children of Jersey CIty, the disruption of life because of noise, traffic and dirty industry, the wildlife/ecosystem and the stability of surrounding historic buildings and neighborhoods – we need to do right by the people and not just “business.” This is the future of downtown Jersey City – one of the happiest city in the US – let’s keep it that way by respecting our history, our future and one another.
