i want a full environmental study of the entire harsimus branch. i am a life long resident of jersey city as well as an architect in the area. i am concerned that any significant change in the physical landscape of the area in question should be analyzed before allowing anything. the amount of historic places in jersey city is already scarce and there should be more discussion as to the opportunity to provide alternate methods of adaptive reuse as opposed to complete demolition.
