I am writing to request a full study of the environmental impact of Conrail's abandonment of the Harsimus branch. Eliminating areas of possible green space in an area as densely populated as downtown Jersey City is something that would have an irreversible impact on the areas surrounding the Harsimus branch. It would be in the best interest of the state to ascertain if this impact would be positive or negative. Regards, -Brian Meriaho
