i support a complete and thorough environmental impact study on the Harsimus branch. i comment as a 20+ year resident and home owner in jersey city (specifically harsimus cove historic neighborhood). the residents and elected officials need, deserve, and are entitled to the information this study will document, without which informed, educated decisions can not be made. as a very prominent historic landmark for the area, with great potential for adding to the quality of life such as in public park space, greenway thoroughfare, flood control, and traffic calming, the embankment needs this study. thank you for your attention.
