I want a full environmental impact study EIS of the entire Harsimus Branch rail road right-of-way (ROW) performed and the EIS should look at the feasibility of and benefits associated with utilizing the ROW for implementation of a shared use trail non-motorized forms of transportation. This ROW is the preferred route of the East Coast Greenway, for more information go to www.greenway.org Thank you.
