Please fully address the Harsimus Brank/ PA RR 6th St Embankment that runs from the Hudson River Thru Jersey City. A full environmental study of this unique area needs to be done to ascertain what the impact would be of its demolition or abandonment. It runs along the edge of a Revolutionary War era cemetery.
