I want a full environmental study of the entire Harsimus Branch, please. My neighborhood, the old, original section of downtown Jersey City, is now surrounded by tall buildings .. office buildings, condos, etc. Tearing down the embankment would just allow more tall buildings" to break-up this beautiful, historic area. Allowing the embankment to be made into a park/walkway would let this area keep it's neighborhood feel. Thank you!"
