When is enough building enough. Sections of Jersey City have become cramped neighbors. They allow house to be built on cliffs. How about some open space. Preserve the 6th Street embankment as an open space park and bikeway. What will happen to the SAFETEA-LU earmark allocated to Jersey City to purchase the embankment?
