I have learned that a developer submitted a request to tear down the Harsimus railroad embankment. I hope this does not go through. That area can be turned into a wonderful park as it was in Paris. We have spent time on the railroad park exactly the same as the embankment in our area and it was fantastic. Why can't we do that rather than tearing down? We need green areas or we'll lose all the families who are getting a bigger population in our area. It's already polluted here and this may add up to the problem. Please be sensible and responsible and protect our environment. Thanks, Ozgun Tasdemir
